110 Warman’s Civic Bylaws are important to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly community. Licenses cost $25 for a pet's lifetime and are available at the Warman Home Centre Communiplex. ATV’s are prohibited from operating within Warman’s city limits. Snowmobiles are permitted (if licensed) to travel along the most direct route in or out of Warman, to or from your home. However, there are several streets that prohibit snowmobile traffic: 6th Avenue S., Central St., Centennial and Clubhouse Boulevards – snowmobilers can only cross these streets when they are leaving or entering the city. Snowmobiling is not permitted in or through any of Warman's parks. RV’s are permitted to park along local streets for a maximum of 48 hours attached or unattached, to load or unload. Duties of our bylaw officer includes animal control, responding to inquiries and complaints from the public, educating residents about local bylaws, issuing and processing violation tickets for bylaw infractions, and cooperating with local agencies as needed (the Bylaw Enforcement Office does not deal with Criminal Code offenses). Our bylaw office maintains community standards and public safety. You should call Bylaw Enforcement to report missing or found animals, report an unsightly property, make a parking complaint, or if you have any concerns regarding any Warman bylaw.
