Spanning over 140,000 square feet, the 
Warman Home Centre Communiplex was 
designed as a multi-use hub where residents 
and visitors can gather for sports, recreation, 
community programs and events.
At the heart of the facility is the KH 
Developments Arena, the original full-size 
rink with an NHL-sized ice surface. The arena 
offers tiered seating for 1,178 and standing for 
500. The arena includes 12 dressing rooms, 
two of which are wheelchair accessible, as 
well as a referee room and first aid room.
Today, the KH Developments Arena is home 
to the SJHL’s Warman Wolverines and 
regularly hosts a wide range of events. Over 
the years it has welcomed WHL Saskatoon 
Blades exhibition games, the SJHL Hockey 
Showcase, minor and recreation hockey 
tournaments, speed skating competitions, 
ringette events and Skate Canada programs. 
Beyond the ice, the Warman Home Centre 
Communiplex offers extensive indoor 
event space. Two large gymnasiums can 
accommodate a variety of activities and 
large gatherings, making them ideal venues 
for fundraisers, team events, trade shows, 
graduations and community celebrations.
The facility also features four versatile multi-
purpose rooms that are frequently used for 
smaller family functions, business meetings, 
conferences, banquets and birthday parties, 
as well as three boardrooms for smaller 
meetings and training sessions.
