Diamond House 
Diamond House is a personal care home 
that offers independent and assisted living, 
and personal memory care at all levels 
including end-of-life and palliative care. 
There are six unique “homes” to maintain 
small group settings helping residents 
feel right at home, with 24 hour skilled 
caregivers seven days a week.
Warman Mennonite Special Care Home
The Warman Mennonite Special Care Home truly understands the needs and concerns of 
families making the difficult decision of finding independent or assisted living for their loved 
ones. There are 31 Long Term Care beds which are affiliated with the Sask Health Authority 
and offer full nursing home care for level three and four care needs. The Home offers a warm 
and reassuring environment with a tranquil garden and outdoor sitting area to help residents 
feel comfortable. Residents have full access to family event rooms, hair salon, exercise room, 
sewing and craft room, and more. As an organization, they strive to serve residents in a 
Christian, respectful manner: providing a quality of life within this community, which enables 
them to contribute, receive and share in a caring environment, regardless of challenges. 
 
For assisted living, there are 68 units in North View Mennonite Haven and the Havens that 
are available for rental or life lease options, as well as 20 suites with a higher level of care in

Warman Housing Authority 
Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) offers affordable housing for seniors 55+ 
and families with moderate to low income, as well as those with disabilities. People in 
greatest need of housing are SHC’s priority. Rent is based on a tenant’s income. For more
